Today's dial queue — Day 1
The app works the late list for you: at most 1 attempt per customer per day, spread at different times while the business is open. When a live person answers, it rings your office line and whispers the customer's name — your staff just pick up and talk.
- 1 attempt / day and 7 attempts / 7 days per customer, per debt. A customer at cap shows you exactly why they can't be dialed.
- A real conversation pauses that customer's calls for 7 days.
- Origination numbers only — the app will only dial a number the customer put on their loan application.
- Calling window: business hours only, and never outside 9 a.m.–9 p.m. in the customer's local time.
- Suppressed numbers never enter the queue — wrong number, stop-calling, bankruptcy, attorney, deceased, dispute, or a promise-to-pay.
- Recording is OFF and stays off by default. Caller ID always shows the lender's true name and number.

Held back today — and why
Late list
Load the customers who are late. Only numbers from the customer's own loan application can be added — that's the consent the law relies on, so the app checks it on every add.

Live Bridge
This is the moment the app earns its keep. Pick “Live human answers” on any customer in Today's Queue and the bridge starts here.
No live call right now
Go to Today's Queue, tap Dial — Live human on a customer, and watch this screen: answering-machine detection passes the call, your designated office line rings, the customer's name is whispered to your staff, and the two sides are joined.
Live ones that got away
A live customer answered, but nobody at the office grabbed the line in time. They heard the polite fallback — never dead air — and they go first in tomorrow's queue. The 1-a-day cap still applies, so they are not re-dialed today.
Suppression list
One tap stops calls to a customer — instantly and for as long as the reason stands. Suppressed numbers never enter the dial queue. A promise-to-pay pauses calls until the promise date passes; the others stay suppressed until you clear them here.

Call log
Every attempt, answer, conversation and outcome — the lender can see the whole day, and the whole history.
Settings & pricing
Set up once at signup: we register your business and your number through Twilio Voice (business check + caller-ID trust), then the app runs inside these settings.
Business settings
Calls are also hard-limited to 9 a.m.–9 p.m. customer-local time, even if your hours are wider.
Off by default. Illinois needs every party's consent — no silent recording, ever. Turning it on (in the live product) starts every call with a spoken announcement.
Pricing
- Monthly
- $50/month — includes your line usage
- One-time setup
- $150 — non-refundable Setup covers registering your business, configuring your office line and hours, and a live test call on your line before go-live.
- Fair use
- The $50/month covers a typical small lender's list. A monthly attempt ceiling applies so one very large list can't run up the line bill — the exact ceiling is set at signup.
- Cancel
- Month to month. Your suppression list and call log export with you.
