Call Bridge

Your staff is burning hours dialing late customers who never pick up. Call Bridge dials your late list for you — and the moment a real person answers, your office line rings with their name on it. Your people only pick up when a customer is already on the line.

For small loan companies · We configure your company and your office line with you · Calls always present in your company's name

How Call Bridge works your late list

Built for a small loan company collecting from its own customers. Every part of this was tested live on real phones before we offered it.

📋 Your late list, dialed for you

Load each late customer once — name, cell number, amount late. Call Bridge works the list during your business hours, at most one attempt per customer per day, spread across the day. It only dials numbers your customer put on their loan application — never bought or scraped lists.

🤖 Machines get screened — not your staff

Answering machines and voicemail get detected and hung up on, and no message is left. Your staff never spends a second listening to a beep.

🗣️ "This is not a spam call…"

The moment a real person answers, they hear a friendly hold line — "This is not a spam call — hang on one second, I'll be right back with you" — while your office line rings. Nobody hangs up on silence.

🔔 Your office line rings — with a whisper

Your designated office line rings for about 15 seconds. Whoever answers hears the customer's name whispered — "Late payer on the line…" — before the call connects, so your staff know exactly who they're about to talk to. The customer never hears the whisper.

💬 Then it's just a phone call

Your staff pick up and talk to the customer live, person to person. No robots talking to your customers — the machine's whole job is getting a human on each end.

🛡️ Protections built in, not bolted on

One attempt a day per customer. Calls only between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. your customer's time. A real conversation rests that customer for 7 days. A customer who says stop is never dialed again. And calls are not recorded.

How it goes live

Call Bridge is set up personally, not self-serve. Your one-time setup fee is what pays for that.

  1. Sign up. The $150 setup (non-refundable) and your first month's $50 are charged at signup. Tell us your company name and the office line your staff will answer.
  2. We register and configure your company with you. Your business is registered, your designated office line is set, along with your business hours and your missed-call message.
  3. We test the bridge on your line. Before your list ever runs, we place a live test call so you hear the ring and the whisper yourself.
  4. Your late list starts working. Load your late customers and Call Bridge dials — your staff just answer the office line when it rings.

Questions

Which numbers does it call?

Only numbers your customer gave you on their loan application. Call Bridge never dials bought, scraped, or skip-traced numbers — that rule is built into the list itself.

What name shows on the customer's caller ID?

Your company's. Call Bridge always presents in your business's true name — it's your call, on your line, to your customer.

What if nobody can grab the office line in time?

The customer hears a polite message in your company's name — "Sorry we missed you, we will call you right back" — never dead air, and that customer goes first in the next day's queue. Still just one attempt that day.

Are the calls recorded?

No. Call Bridge does not record calls.

How many times will a customer be called?

At most once a day, and only inside the 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. window in the customer's own time zone. After a real conversation, that customer rests for 7 days. If a customer asks not to be called, they're suppressed and never dialed again.

Why is there a setup fee?

Because setup is personal: we register your company, configure your office line and hours with you, and run a live test call on your line before your list starts. The $150 is one-time and non-refundable; the service itself is $50/month after that.
